Who we are
After working in the design and architecture industry for over 23 years, owner/strategist Laura Swank created Strategic Change Solutions (SCS) to focus on the operational and cultural responsibilities within the workplace . . . with or without a real estate requirement. Laura’s project experience covers a wide variety of industries, providing valuable experience working with diverse levels of management and conditions. Although workplace updates are sometimes the impetus for change, Laura believes that a strategic process plays an equal, if not more important role to ensure a successful outcome.
The foundation of that process starts with qualitative programming and visioning/discovery. With the ever-changing workplace environment impacting an organization’s business goals, efficiency, and culture, it is an important time for companies to be introspective. Our focus is to help inspire motivation again by guiding new strategy and validation for your next steps in either a real estate requirement or organizational change. Depending on the level of change, it can be imperative that appropriate change management be a part of the communication process.
Integral participation through leadership is also important, and can require a methodical approach to the facilitation of communication. With the use of several customizable tools as a “kit of parts,” we are able to help organizations achieve a new sense of direction and purpose for their real estate OR organizational requirements. This can also include establishing core values and improving workplace culture alignment.
